Stores — Overview

Use Stores to find stores available to your account, review their status, and open a store for further management.

Availability

The /stores/list route accepts level-0 administrators and level-2 business managers. The Stores sidebar is separately hidden from read-only administrator, delivery-manager, and business-owner classifications. Actions and columns also depend on plan, feature, project, and ownership state.

Open Stores​

  1. In the Dashboard sidebar, select Stores.
  2. Select Stores to open the list.

Main areas​

  • Active and Inactive views — Switch between enabled and disabled stores.
  • Search and filters — Narrow the list using the fields available to your project.
  • List and card views — Change how stores are displayed when both views are available.
  • Store status — Review whether a store is enabled and use the permitted status controls.
  • Page actions — Depending on your access, you may see controls to refresh, import, sync, or add a store.

Opening Stores starts authenticated reads for the active store list and country and city metadata. The page can also read inactive stores and plugin-dependent feed state. Search, filters, view changes, pagination, and Refresh can issue further reads; this guide does not classify any request as a safe runtime probe.

Some list controls write data

Selecting stores can expose controls whose source contracts batch-update enabled or featured state, or batch-delete stores. Import, sync, feed-channel, and add-store controls can also start writes or external handoffs. Do not select them during documentation or support review.

  • Select a store to open its detail view.
  • Search or filter the list to find a specific store.
  • Select Add New Store when store registration is available to your account.

Frequently asked questions​

Why is an action or filter missing?​

Stores adapts to route access, read-only classifications, ownership, plan, enabled features, and project configuration. A direct route and a visible sidebar entry are separate checks.

Why can't I add another store?​

The add-store action can be hidden by your permissions or limited by the project's current plan and store allowance.
