Coordinate a Razorpay setup review

This note helps prepare a project-specific scope discussion. It is not a Dashboard installation guide, does not document an available connector, and does not confirm that Razorpay is configured for any Ordering.co project.

Information to bring​

When requesting a review, identify:

  • The merchant's legal entity and country of registration.
  • The Razorpay account owner and the provider product under consideration.
  • The Ordering.co businesses in scope and the customer flow the project wants reviewed.
  • The customer surfaces, currencies, payment methods, and order contexts to assess. These are scoping questions, not confirmed Ordering.co capabilities.

Do not send passwords, secret keys, or other credentials in support messages. The Ordering.co team must confirm the project requirements, implementation scope, and validation plan before describing a connection as available.

Provider country information​

Razorpay's e-commerce information says it supports businesses registered in India. It also describes international buyer payments for eligible businesses. Buyer location does not change the merchant's registration country and does not establish that a Razorpay connection or any payment method is available in an Ordering.co project.
