Coordinate a future Klaviyo connection with Ordering.co
Klaviyo is listed as Coming soon in Ordering.co's integrations catalog. This note prepares a project-specific scope review. It is not a Dashboard setup guide and does not confirm that Klaviyo is connected, that data is synchronized, or that an account is configured for an Ordering.co project.
For the integration overview and next step, see Klaviyo on Ordering.co.
Information to bring
Share the project details the Ordering.co team needs to evaluate:
- The Ordering.co project and the businesses or storefronts in scope.
- The Klaviyo account and list or lists to evaluate, and who owns them.
- The customer identifiers and profile details the project wants reviewed.
- The direction of any proposed data flow. Treat direction as a scope question; none is confirmed here.
- Any customer activity the team wants considered as an event, such as order or loyalty activity. These are examples for review, not confirmed events sent by Ordering.co.
- How the project collects email and SMS marketing choices, where each choice is recorded, and how opt-outs should be handled.
- The outcome the project wants to evaluate and what should be confirmed before relying on a scoped connection.
These are scope questions, not a statement of supported fields, events, or connection behavior. Do not include passwords, private API keys, or other credentials in a support request.
Keep provider capabilities separate from Ordering.co behavior
Klaviyo documents profiles, lists, events, and automated flows. Its documentation describes capabilities within Klaviyo; it does not show that Ordering.co sends customer details, order or loyalty activity, or marketing preferences to Klaviyo. Ordering.co has not confirmed the data map, direction, event types, direct connection, or automation path for a project.
Klaviyo distinguishes list membership from subscription status and keeps email and SMS marketing consent separate. Confirm how each channel's choice and opt-out would be recorded and handled before discussing marketing use. A customer record, order, phone number, or list membership does not itself establish marketing permission.
See Klaviyo's Lists API overview, Profiles API overview, Events API overview, Create Event reference, Flows API overview, and consent guidance for provider-side definitions. They are not evidence of an Ordering.co data flow.
Request a coordinated scope review
Use Ordering.co Contact to request a review of the project, intended audience, data and activity to evaluate, and channel preferences. The Ordering.co team can confirm whether and how a project-specific connection can be scoped. This note does not provide unverified Dashboard steps, endpoints, credential fields, or a self-service activation path.
