Open **Reports** → **Review manager** with a level-0 account. A visible menu item does not by itself grant access to every tab, CSV download, or moderation write. ![Review manager heading, search, and category tabs without review records](https://docs.ordering.co/img/docs/dashboard/reports/review-manager-controls.jpg) The page renders **Business**, **Drivers**, **Customers**, **Professionals**, and **Products** tabs, plus search and pagination. Product reviews first select a **Business**. Query state can retain the tab, pagination, and selected entities. Reviews include names, email addresses, images, addresses, order numbers, timestamps, ratings, comments, products, and enabled state. Treat the list as sensitive. ## Introduction A review management system helps you see how customers, businesses, drivers, professionals, and products are rated. Review manager gives a combined view of that feedback so you can follow up on service quality. ## Benefits - **Transparency:** Customers and businesses can leave reviews, so both sides are accountable. - **Customer satisfaction:** Monitoring reviews helps you see where businesses and drivers need improvement. - **Decision-making:** Detailed feedback supports decisions about which businesses and drivers to promote or remove. - **Trust:** A reliable review system encourages repeat business. - **Conflict resolution:** The history of ratings and comments helps you address disputes. ## How it works 1. **Comprehensive feedback:** See how businesses, drivers, and products are rated. 2. **Customer ratings:** Businesses can also rate customers. This two-way system holds both service providers and customers accountable. Those actions still require your own follow-up; opening a review does not change an account. 6. **Continuous improvement:** Review the data regularly to identify trends. 7. **How you get reviews:** Customers place reviews from selling products on the [Ordering.co website](https://docs.ordering.co/docs/products/website/) and [Customer app](https://docs.ordering.co/docs/products/customer-app/). Drivers can review customers from the [Driver app](https://docs.ordering.co/docs/products/driver-app/), and business owners can review customers from the [Business app](https://docs.ordering.co/docs/products/business-app/). Administrators can review the same records here. ## Export and filter The **Business** and **Drivers** tabs can download CSV. Date filters use `created_at` from start-of-day through end-of-day. - Business CSV can include a selected Business ID. Path: `business/business_reviews.csv`. - Driver CSV can load driver users, filter by a selected driver ID, and adds review `type=1`. Path: `users/user_reviews.csv`. A download control is an export of the filtered list. It is not a safe action to click in a production project while you are following this guide. Confirm the date range and selected business or driver before you export. ## Moderate a business review Business review detail can update the **enabled** state. The other review-category details do not establish the same switch. Saving enabled or disabled only stores that flag; it does not delete the review or notify the customer unless a separate notification is configured. ## Practical use cases 1. **Improving service quality:** A delivery service sees that a driver consistently receives low ratings and investigates. 2. **Rewarding excellence:** A restaurant consistently receives high ratings, so you can highlight it. 3. **Handling problematic customers:** A customer repeatedly receives poor ratings from multiple businesses. Use the pattern to warn or restrict that customer. 4. **Conflict resolution:** A negative review came from a misunderstanding. The review history helps you mediate. ## Conclusion Use Review manager to see two-way feedback across businesses, drivers, customers, professionals, and products. Confirm the tab, filters, and your permission before you treat a missing list or a CSV as complete. --- ## Review details The review system lets users rate and comment on businesses, drivers, customers, professionals, and products.
