# Delivery reports

Use **Delivery reports** to review delivery activity for the country, brand, driver group, drivers, timezone, and date range that you select. The page can help an operator look for patterns in orders, sales, delivery stages, availability, and customer feedback without treating one report view as a complete operational or financial record.

> **Read each report as a scoped view**
>
> Charts, totals, maps, ratings, statuses, and timing values reflect the data returned for the current selection. Changing a filter, timezone, date range, access setting, or underlying record can change the result. Use the page to investigate operations; do not treat it as a live feed, a complete record of every delivery, a settled financial statement, or a legal determination.

## Open Delivery reports

In the Dashboard, open **Reports** and select **Delivery reports**. The controls and report panels available to you can depend on your access and on the delivery, business, and reporting data configured for the project.

The image is an illustrative interface example. Labels, available choices, and the report layout may differ in your Dashboard.

## Set the reporting context

Start by choosing the context that matches the question you need to answer:

1. Select a **Country** when your project has country-specific delivery activity.
2. Narrow the view by **Brand** or **Driver group** when those filters are available.
3. Select one or more **Drivers** when you need a more focused view.
4. Choose the **Timezone** that should define the reporting interval.
5. Select a date range before comparing charts or totals.

Not every filter is available for every account or data set. A selection can affect several panels at once, so confirm the active filters and dates before drawing a conclusion from a chart.

They illustrate controls and report types only; they do not confirm current availability, access, data, calculations, or export permissions.

### Choose a country

Use the country selector to limit the view when a country choice is available. The list of countries and the data returned after choosing one depend on the current project configuration.

### Choose brands and driver groups

Use **Brand** and **Driver group** filters to focus the report on the operating context you are reviewing. A filter value is a current selection, not a universal list of brands or groups.

### Select drivers

Use the **Drivers** selector to narrow the report to the drivers relevant to your review. An empty selector or an empty chart can mean that the current context does not return records; it does not establish that no delivery activity exists outside that selection.

### Choose the timezone and date range

Timezone helps define the interval used for the report, not just the way a time label is displayed. When comparing two views, keep the timezone and date range consistent. A relative period such as **Today** is interpreted in the selected context and can change as time passes.

## Review delivery report panels

The report can group information into operational panels. Read each panel together with its filters, timezone, and date range. Values, labels, and charts may be absent or differ when the selected context returns different data.

### Heatmap

A heatmap can help visualize the relative density or distribution of delivery activity for the selected context. Location views can reveal sensitive operational or customer-location information, even when individual names are not shown. Use the minimum scope needed for the review and follow your organization’s access and data-handling practices.

### Orders and sales

The **Orders** and **Sales** panels can help you compare returned order and sales activity over the selected interval. A chart or total is not a complete accounting record, a settled amount, or proof that all orders and adjustments have been included. Review the active context before using it in an operational discussion.

### Top orders

**Top orders** can surface items that appear most often in the current result set. The item names, ordering, and values shown in a chart are returned for the active view and are not a permanent catalog or a complete demand forecast.

![Illustrative Top orders chart with placeholder product labels](https://docs.ordering.co/img/help-center-import/996619b50c4ffd64b0b0acb9.png)

### Customer satisfaction

The **Customer satisfaction** panel can present returned rating categories for the selected delivery context. Use ratings as one input for investigation and coaching, not as a complete measure of service quality or an automatic decision about a driver.

### Order status and time-of-day trends

An **Order status** panel can show how returned orders are distributed among status labels in the active view. The labels in an illustration are not a complete or authoritative status catalog. A **Times** chart can help you compare patterns across delivery stages and times of day; it is a trend view, not a commitment.

### Availability and busy time

**Available times** and **Busy times** can help you examine returned driver-state patterns for the selected period. These panels do not prove a driver’s real-time location, current availability, or future capacity.

![Illustrative available-times chart](https://docs.ordering.co/img/help-center-import/7650b037f1b1501807048196.png) ![Illustrative busy-times chart](https://docs.ordering.co/img/help-center-import/d5e218924e4e6eaba52af40e.png)

### Delivery-stage timing

Timing panels can help you review the returned duration for stages such as accepting an order, waiting at a business, picking up an order, delivering an order, and moving from arrival at a business to pickup. Units, thresholds, colors, and labels can vary by view. Example values in the screenshots are illustrative and do not establish a target, guarantee, or authoritative performance assessment.

## Use the report to investigate operations

Delivery reports can support several operational reviews when you keep the selection and limitations visible:

- **Operational efficiency:** compare heatmap and timing patterns for a consistent country, brand, driver group, timezone, and date range before considering a routing or scheduling change.
- **Performance conversations:** use order, timing, and satisfaction views to identify questions for follow-up; do not use a single returned view as the only basis for an individual performance conclusion.
- **Resource allocation:** review available and busy-time patterns together with the selected period before changing coverage assumptions.
- **Customer experience:** investigate status, timing, and feedback patterns alongside the relevant order context instead of treating a chart as a complete customer-service history.

## Exports and data handling

This guide does not document an export from Delivery reports. An icon shown in an illustrative screenshot does not establish that a download is currently available or authorized. If an export is made available in your Dashboard, verify its scope, fields, permission, and current operational purpose before sharing it.

Treat delivery and map data as sensitive. Limit access to people who need it, avoid exposing customer or driver location details in routine reporting, and use your organization’s approved process for any retention or sharing decision.

## If a filter or panel is unavailable

If you do not see a filter, chart, or data:

1. Confirm the selected country, brand, driver group, drivers, timezone, and date range.
2. Check whether your Dashboard access includes the relevant reporting view.
3. Confirm that the selected context has delivery data to return.
4. Ask a project administrator to review access or configuration when the expected view is unavailable.
