It is not the Enterprise-report card catalog, Delivery reports, or Payment reports. Use it to review a combined view of business performance and operations for a chosen period and scope. Open **Reports** → **Business reports**. A visible menu item does not replace the authorization applied to each data request. ![Business reports filter controls without report results](https://docs.ordering.co/img/docs/dashboard/reports/business-report-controls.jpg) The dashboard starts with **today**, all businesses, all apps, all brands or franchises, and your browser timezone. Filters and a heat map help you monitor the marketplace for a selected period and scope. ## Benefits - **Informed decision-making:** Detailed analytics support data-driven decisions after the panels return results. - **Performance monitoring:** Track key metrics to understand marketplace performance. - **Customizable filters:** View data by brand, business, time frame, country, and sales channel when those controls are present. - **Customer satisfaction:** Monitor ratings and time metrics to see where wait times grow. - **Strategic growth:** Use the same filters over time to compare periods. ## How it works The dashboard requests data for Orders, Sales, Top selling, Top categories, Order status, Register users, Customer satisfaction, order-accept time, ready-for-pickup wait time, and order locations. It presents those results as performance, product/category, status, registration, satisfaction, timing, and map views. The page does not save the reviewed filter state in its URL. Record the applied period, timezone, and scope if another authorized user needs to reproduce an analysis. **Register users** uses a separate administrator-only authorization path. A Business reports menu entry therefore does not establish access to that panel. ### Key features - **Orders:** Number and status of orders. - **Sales:** Total sales and revenue. - **Top Products Sold:** Best-selling products. - **Most Chosen Categories:** Popular product categories. - **Order Status:** Current status of orders (pending, completed, canceled, and others returned for the filters). - **Registered Users:** Users registered on the platform, when that panel is authorized. - **Customer Satisfaction:** Ratings and feedback. - **Time metrics:** - **Time Spent Accepting Orders:** Average time businesses take to accept orders. - **Time Spent Waiting on Ready for Pickup:** Time customers wait for orders to be ready for pickup. Orders from the same spot are grouped. Do not share map screenshots, markers, customer locations, store or brand identifiers, or live report payloads without authorization. ### Filters On projects that show the expanded header, use: - **Country**, **Brand**, and **Business** to set the organizational scope. **Brand** applies when brand manager is enabled. - **Timezone** to set the timezone used for the report period. - **Date range** / **Time Frame** to choose a custom start and end date, or the preset periods (**Today**, **Yesterday**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 30 days**). - **Sales Channel:** Limit reports to channels such as the customer app or ordering website. The dashboard also includes an order-status filter and subfilter in the report area. Exact choices and chart labels can vary with the returned data. It affects the start and end bounds used for the selected dates, so records close to midnight can land on a different day after you change it. It can also change the time bucket used to aggregate the period. A visible filter does not establish that the request accepted that scope. The Register users exception also means the panels do not share one authorization boundary. To compare two scopes or periods, keep the timezone constant, apply one change at a time, and verify the active controls before interpreting the results. ## Handle sensitive results Business reports can show sales, order trends, product and category performance, statuses, registration counts, satisfaction, timing, and selected business or brand information. > **Map availability can differ** > > The page route can be available while an individual request or selected record scope is denied or empty. If a panel does not load, do not infer access from another metric. Ask an administrator rather than working around the restriction. ## Exports No CSV or other export action is identified on this Business reports dashboard. Do not infer one from [Enterprise reports](https://docs.ordering.co/docs/products/dashboard/reports/business-reports/enterprise-reports/), where some individual report panels can download their loaded results, or from [Payment reports](https://docs.ordering.co/docs/products/dashboard/reports/payment-reports/). ## Practical use cases - **Performance tracking:** Monitor orders, sales, and customer satisfaction after the panels return data. - **Targeted improvements:** Identify underperforming areas from the returned metrics. - **Customer insights:** Review top products, categories, and feedback. - **Operational efficiency:** Use accept-time and pickup-wait metrics to find delays. - **Strategic planning:** Keep timezone and filters constant when you compare date ranges. - **Regional analysis:** Use country filters when they appear. - **Channel performance:** Compare product performance across the customer app, website, and other channels. ## Troubleshooting ### Why don't I see the extra controls? **Country**, **Brand**, **Business**, timezone, and date controls appear when the project returns them. Role, read-only status, and project configuration can also affect what is shown. ### Why is a metric or the map unavailable? Each dashboard request has its own authorization and data scope. Confirm the active date range and filters, then ask an administrator to verify your role and access to the selected business. Do not assume access to one metric grants access to customer-location data. ### Why do figures differ after changing timezone or dates? Changing the timezone changes query boundaries and can change aggregation buckets. Check that the same timezone, dates, Country, Brand, Business, app, and status filters were used before comparing results. ## Conclusion Use Business reports to monitor orders, sales, products, satisfaction, timing, and the order-location map for a selected scope. Confirm the filters and your access before you treat a blank panel as a business result.
