# Help, Community, and AI Agents

The Dashboard footer can provide separate external destinations for **Help**, **Join our Community**, and **AI Agents**. They are destinations outside Dashboard, not controls for creating, configuring, or managing AI agents inside the product. Their content, authentication, availability, privacy practices, and support policies are controlled by the destination site.

## External destination boundaries

- **Help** opens an external help destination in a new tab. It can be hidden for a Business owner in a white-label session.
- **Join our Community** opens an external community invitation. Current source shows it to eligible level-0 users with a billing-system identity.
- **AI Agents** opens an external AI-agent destination for level-0 users. A footer link is not proof that an agent exists, that a project is connected, or that any agent action can succeed.

Do not enter credentials, payment data, customer records, order information, API keys, session material, or private configuration in an external destination unless its identity, data handling, and use are confirmed and authorized.

## Internal support route

Current source mounts the authenticated `/support` route for administrator-level users and maps direct or internal navigation to it. Its visible sidebar Support controls are disabled in the inspected source. Within the route, **Sales Contact** and **Tech Support** are external destinations.

This internal route is separate from the footer’s external **Help** link. Source reachability does not prove that `/support` is discoverable or available in a deployed environment, and no external support destination was opened for this guide.

## Request support safely

Use the approved support channel for the project, include only the minimum information needed to describe the issue, and remove or avoid credentials, payment material, personal data, customer records, order data, tokens, and private URLs. A visible support widget or form does not establish a response-time or resolution commitment.
