Help, Community, and AI Agents
The Dashboard footer provides three separate external destinations:
- Help opens the external help site in a new tab. It can be hidden for a Business owner in a white-label session.
- Join our Community opens an external Discord invitation. It is shown to eligible level-0 users with a billing-system identity.
- AI Agents opens an external Finitless demo page. It is shown to level-0 users.
These links do not create, configure, or manage AI agents inside Ordering Dashboard. Their content, authentication, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by the destination site.
Internal support route
Current source mounts the authenticated /support route for administrator-level users and maps direct or internal navigation to it. Its visible sidebar Support controls are disabled in the inspected source. Within the route, Sales Contact and Tech Support are external destinations.
This internal route is separate from the footer’s external Help link. Source reachability does not prove that /support is discoverable or available in a deployed environment, and no external support destination was opened for this guide.
This is a reference note, not a product workflow. Do not enter credentials or share account information unless you have confirmed the external destination and are authorized to use it.
