Free downloads
Use Free downloads to open Ordering's external downloads page in a new browser tab. This Dashboard item is a navigation shortcut; it does not display or manage a downloads catalog inside the Dashboard.
The shortcut is shown to administrator-level users whose account has the required Billing-system identity. If it is not visible, your role or account configuration may not meet those conditions.
The external page controls its own products, availability, links, authentication, and download instructions. Its contents can change independently of the Dashboard.
Confirm the destination before downloading or installing anything. Opening Free downloads does not grant a product entitlement, approve an installation, or confirm compatibility with your project.
Troubleshooting
Why don't I see Free downloads?
The shortcut requires an eligible administrator account with the expected Billing-system identity. Ask the account owner or support team to verify access.
Why is the downloads page different from the Dashboard?
It is an external Ordering page opened by the Dashboard. Its navigation and content are maintained separately.
