Deliveries dashboard
Use Deliveries dashboard to monitor delivery orders in one workspace. Select a delivery card to focus the map on its delivery locations, then open the order details when you need to review or take a separate operational action.
Deliveries dashboard is available to administrators, business managers, and driver managers. The orders returned are limited to the businesses or driver groups your account can access. Search, filters, and map availability also depend on project configuration.
Open Deliveries dashboard
- In the Dashboard sidebar, select Delivery.
- Select Deliveries dashboard.
- Choose a status group to review its delivery orders.
Current source mounts /deliveries for levels 0, 2, and 5. The Delivery sidebar entry has separate read-only-account and plan-dependent placement, and opening an order uses the id query value on the same route.
Monitor the delivery queue
The dashboard contains these main areas:
- Status groups — Switch between Pending, In progress, Completed, and Cancelled delivery orders.
- Status chips — Narrow the selected group to one or more specific operational statuses, or select All.
- Search and filters — Find delivery orders using the controls enabled for your project.
- Delivery cards — Review the order number, status, delivery time, business, and assigned driver or company.
- Map — Review the locations associated with the selected delivery or the available drivers shown in the current view.
The selected status group is kept in the page URL. The page and page-size values can also appear in the URL as you paginate. Search text, status-chip choices, and filter-dialog values are not saved as URL parameters.
Find and narrow delivery orders
- Select a status group.
- Optionally choose one or more status chips.
- Use Search when it is enabled for your project.
- Select the filter icon to apply additional criteria, then select Accept.
Search and filters use the same shared controls as Orders list. The available choices can vary by plan, project configuration, installed plugins, and your access. For example, driver-group, logistics, country, city, currency, administrator, fraud-status, and metafield filters may not be shown in every project.
When a search or filter is active, the Dashboard warns that you may miss new orders. Use Clear filters when you need to return to the full delivery queue.
Use the map safely
Select a delivery card to focus the map on the business, customer, and assigned-driver locations for that delivery. If the delivery has no assigned driver, the map can show eligible available drivers and a Drivers online list instead.
The map requires a configured Google Maps API key and the relevant location data. If the key is not configured, the map is unavailable and the Dashboard can show a setup control. For an unassigned delivery, current source requests order controls and displays drivers returned as available and not busy. A displayed driver is not proof that an assignment request will be accepted.
The map can expose live driver position and business or customer locations. Share screenshots only from a synthetic or approved redacted environment.
Open an order
Select View details on a delivery card to open the order detail panel. The Deliveries dashboard itself is for monitoring and map selection. Status updates, driver assignments, refunds, and other order actions—when available—are performed in the order detail panel and follow their own permissions and validations.
Operational impact
The current card, filter, and map handlers do not call order-update functions or assign a driver. They do perform authenticated order and control reads, may join websocket rooms, and can load location data; GET and websocket activity were not treated as runtime-safe. Opening order details exposes separate controls that can change live operational data.
Verification checklist
- The correct status group and status chips are selected.
- Any active Search or filter criteria match the queue you intend to monitor.
- The selected card is the intended order before reviewing map data or opening details.
- The map is treated as sensitive location data.
- You clear filters before returning to full-queue monitoring.
Troubleshooting
Why is the map missing?
The project needs a Google Maps API key. Ask a project administrator to review the map configuration.
Why are there no drivers shown for an unassigned delivery?
There may be no available eligible drivers for that order, or driver location data may not be available.
Why is the queue empty?
The selected status group, status chips, search text, or another filter may exclude all orders. Clear filters and check the selected status group.
Can I assign a driver from the map?
The current map component has no assignment handler. It displays delivery locations and eligible-driver control results; assignment is handled separately in an eligible order workflow, and this guide does not claim deployed behavior.
