Identify the product and account​

LimeTray's public material describes a restaurant POS product and LimeTray Merge, an order-management product that can relay third-party orders to a POS. Confirm which LimeTray product and version the business uses. LimeTray's product descriptions do not establish which product is connected to a particular Ordering.co project.

Include these details in a setup request​

  • The LimeTray product, account, and version under consideration.
  • The merchant account country and the Ordering.co businesses and store locations in scope.
  • The menu, availability, and order information the project wants to exchange.
  • The requested direction for each data flow and the outcome the business needs to confirm.

Ordering.co's integration offer includes providers listed in its catalog. A LimeTray-specific connection can be scoped on request and may require build-to-order work. This does not confirm a deployed connector or the account, product, countries, or locations for a specific project. Confirm the current project scope with the Ordering.co team.

LimeTray's description of Merge concerns LimeTray's own online-order integrations. It does not establish that an Ordering.co connection uses Merge or has the same behavior. The offer does not specify a Dashboard workflow, menu-sync direction, order statuses, endpoints, credentials, or setup requirements.
