Connect overview
The Connect overview introduces integration categories represented in the current Dashboard source. Opening a card changes only local panel state, but a card with embedded media can load content from an external video provider. This guide does not verify provider support, deployed availability, or external content.
The /connect/overview route is limited to level-0 administrators and requires either Enterprise with Dashboard Connect enabled or Pro with the Pro Connect feature enabled. The Overview sidebar item separately requires the Connect overview flag. The Connect parent also excludes read-only administrator, delivery-manager, and business-owner classifications. Route reachability and sidebar visibility are separate checks.
Open Connect overview
- In the Dashboard sidebar, select Connect.
- Select Overview.
If Connect or Overview is not visible, verify the administrator account, project plan, and enabled Connect features before requesting a configuration change.
Explore the integration categories
The overview displays these categories:

View video opens the selected category’s information panel. In current source, the Delivery Services card includes an external embedded video; the other two cards have no video value. Do not open embedded media during documentation review because doing so can make an external request.
The card click itself is not a setup write. It does not call Dashboard integration APIs. Available configuration routes and any provider behavior remain subject to separate flags, plans, project data, external systems, and deployment evidence.
Continue to a setup page
Use a category-specific guide only after confirming its separate route and navigation gates. Delivery Services documents the source-defined inventory boundary without treating the page as a safe runtime check.
Do not assume that every category shown on the overview has an available provider or setup page in your project. The sidebar can show different Connect options based on enabled features and plan.
Troubleshooting
Why is Connect or Overview missing?
You need an administrator account, an eligible Connect plan/feature combination, and the relevant Connect overview feature enabled. Some restricted and read-only roles do not see the Connect group.
Why does the link return me to Home?
The project does not meet the route's Connect eligibility requirement. Confirm the project plan and its enabled Dashboard Connect or Pro Connect feature with a project administrator.
Does View video connect an integration?
No Dashboard integration write is defined for the card click, but an embedded video can contact an external media service. Do not use it as a zero-egress verification step.
