Connect overview
The Connect overview displays integration categories available in Dashboard. Opening a card changes the panel, while a card with embedded media can load content from an external video provider. Available setup options depend on the project and its enabled integrations.
The /connect/overview route is limited to level-0 administrators and requires the relevant Dashboard Connect configuration. The Overview sidebar item separately requires the Connect overview flag. The Connect parent also excludes read-only administrator, delivery-manager, and business-owner classifications. Route reachability and sidebar visibility are separate checks.
Open Connect overview
- In the Dashboard sidebar, select Connect.
- Select Overview.
If Connect or Overview is not visible, verify the administrator account and the required Connect configuration before requesting a configuration change.
Explore the integration categories
The overview displays these categories:

| POS & Menu Sync | A description of point-of-sale and menu-sync capabilities. |
View video opens the selected category’s information panel. The Delivery Services card includes an external video; the other two cards do not. Opening the video contacts an external media provider.
Opening a card does not configure an integration. Configuration routes and provider behavior depend on enabled features, project settings, and the external service.
Continue to a setup page
Use a category-specific guide to configure an integration. Delivery Services explains which delivery services are available in the project and how to configure them.
Do not assume that every category shown on the overview has an available provider or setup page in your project. The sidebar can show different Connect options based on enabled features and project configuration.
Troubleshooting
Why is Connect or Overview missing?
You need an administrator account and the relevant Connect overview configuration. Some restricted and read-only roles do not see the Connect group.
Why does the link return me to Home?
The project does not meet the route's Connect eligibility requirement. Confirm the relevant Dashboard Connect configuration with a project administrator.
Does View video connect an integration?
No integration is configured by selecting the card. Playing the embedded video contacts an external media service.
