Catering
Catering is a level-0 source route for the dynamic addon_catering configuration category. Its sidebar item requires the add-on; the route can also mount while configuration is loading. Returned categories and fields can differ by project or deployment.
The preserved reference capture records delivery and pickup settings with these labels:
- Set Minimum Preorder Days — The earliest number of days before the requested catering date that a customer can order, separately for delivery and pickup.
- Set Maximum Preorder Days — The furthest number of days ahead that customers can select.
- Define Order Lead Time — Required preparation notice in minutes before a catering order can be accepted.
- Define Time Slot Interval — Spacing, in minutes, between available catering times.
- Set Time Slot Range — The time-window range, in minutes, used for catering slots.
Current source loads category/config records rather than hard-coding this list as a universal schema. Save writes changed configurations sequentially. The returned values can affect delivery/pickup availability and customer order windows, but no deployed calculation, slot, order, or checkout result is claimed.
Timing configuration is a customer-checkout effect class. Runtime re-entry requires synthetic configuration and orders, intercepted reads and writes, and immutable evidence for delivery/pickup window calculations. No setting was read or saved.

Why is a field missing?
The page receives categories and fields from the current project configuration. The Catering add-on must be enabled and your account must be level 0.
