Add-ons overview
My addons is a source-defined navigation group, not a purchase catalog, entitlement audit, or runtime-safe overview.
The area requires level 0, at least one qualifying enabled add-on or app, and exclusion of read-only administrator, delivery-manager, and business-owner classifications. Individual items add their own configuration, plan, feature, or role conditions.
What can appear
Depending on project configuration, the menu can include Points Wallet and Levels, Cash Wallet and Refunds, Gift cards, Catering, Multi-business checkout, Delivery companies, Stripe Connect, Appointments, and Professionals. Each item is conditional on its own add-on, plan, feature, or role requirement.
A visible destination confirms only that the current client navigation condition is satisfied. It does not prove billing entitlement, finished setup, valid credentials, connected providers, deployment, or customer-facing availability. Route declarations can also mount temporarily while configuration is loading even when the item is not visible.
Opening an add-on is not assumed to be read-only. The points or cash wallet panel, including a matching deep link, mounts a controller that can create a missing default loyalty plan after its reads; settings pages issue authenticated category reads, and their Save flows write configurations sequentially. No add-on route, panel, GET/HEAD request, plan, wallet, payment, provider, or customer state was opened.
Purchase is separate
The Apps & Addons catalog is a separate Billing surface. Its purchase controls are not part of My addons, and this overview makes no purchase, plan, payment-method, activation, cancellation, refund, or entitlement claim.
Do not use the catalog or an add-on destination to test purchasing, entitlement, configuration, credentials, payments, or external connections.
Troubleshooting
Why is My addons missing?
Your role may be restricted, or the project may have no qualifying enabled add-on/app. Ask an administrator to confirm the intended add-on and access.
Why is a specific item missing?
Each destination has its own configuration, plan, feature, and sometimes role gate. A missing item does not by itself identify the billing or setup issue.
