Customizing your AI widget
The Widget Configuration tool controls the chat agent's appearance and behavior.
- Configure Tab: This is where you define the look and feel of your widget.
- Widget Type: Choose between a "Floating Chat" bubble that stays visible in a corner or a centered "Popup Modal".
- Visual Branding: Set primary and secondary brand colors using hex codes and adjust the chat window's width and height dimensions.
- Button Placement: Fine-tune the position of the chat button to ensure it doesn't obstruct other website elements.
- Code Tab: Deployment is simplified through ready-made scripts.
- Instant Deployment: Copy the generated script and paste it into your website's HTML before the closing
