AI orders dashboard

Review marketplace orders and their current status.

This narrated walkthrough demonstrates the same workflow documented in the written, step-by-step guide directly below.

The Orders Dashboard is the central interface for reviewing automated transactions. It is designed for monitoring performance and auditing AI interactions rather than manual order entry.

Dashboard walkthrough

1. Primary metrics

The top row displays four data points for the current day:

  • Today’s Orders: Total number of orders received.
  • Today’s Revenue: Gross sales amount in the local currency.
  • Today’s Active: Count of orders currently in the system (Pending/Processing).
  • Today’s Completed: Count of successfully finalized orders.

2. Status categorization

Orders are grouped into tabs based on their current stage:

  • Active: Ongoing orders that require monitoring.
  • Completed: Successfully finished transactions.
  • Cancelled: Orders that were terminated (includes rejection reason).
  • All Orders: A chronological list of every transaction in the database.

3. Order summaries (the "card" view)

Each card represents a single transaction and displays:

  • Order ID & Timestamp: Unique identifier and when the order was placed.
  • Status Indicator: Color-coded labels (e.g., Pending, Completed, Rejected).
  • Client Info: Customer name, phone number, and location.
  • Item List: A summary of the products requested and the total price.

4. Auditing AI conversations

Clicking the Chat button opens the AI Conversation Messages window. This is a log of the direct interaction between the AI and the customer. Use this to:

  • Verify if the AI correctly understood a complex order.
  • Review how the AI handled customer questions.
  • See the automated payment and delivery confirmation messages.

5. Detailed view

The Details button opens a full-page breakdown. This includes the itemized receipt (subtotal, service fees, and delivery fees), the exact delivery address, and the specific business location fulfilling the order.

Tips for efficiency

  • Filtered Search: Use the search bar to find specific orders by ID or customer name if the list is long.
  • Branch Management: If you have multiple locations, use the business dropdown menu to isolate data for a specific branch.
  • Audit Cancellations: Check the chat logs for "Cancelled" orders to see if the customer changed their mind or if the AI encountered a logic error.

Best practices

  • Verify Revenue vs. Completed: If revenue is high but "Completed" is low, check "Active" orders to ensure the fulfillment team isn't experiencing a bottleneck.
  • Data Review: Use the "All Orders" tab at the end of a shift to cross-reference your internal POS data with the AI’s recorded sales.

Conclusion

The dashboard serves as a transparency layer. It allows you to confirm that the automation is performing as expected and provides the raw data needed to troubleshoot specific customer issues without interfering with the AI's operation.
