Review POS integrations
The Integrations area lists POS providers such as Simphony, Clover, and Wansoft and shows the connection state available for each store.
Step-by-step: navigating the POS integrations feature
The Ordering.co interface is built for clarity. Here is how you can navigate and utilize the features showcased in the dashboard:
1. Accessing the integrations hub
On the left-hand sidebar, you will find the Integrations tab. Clicking this expands a menu where you can select POS Systems. This dedicated space filters out the noise, showing you only the connections that power your physical store locations.
2. Searching for providers
If you operate a diverse portfolio, use the Search Bar at the top of the "Available POS Systems" section. By typing the name of your provider, you can instantly see if a pre-built integration is available for your stack.
3. Monitoring connection status
Each POS card provides an at-a-glance health check of your network:
- Connected (Green): Indicates stores that are actively syncing data with Ordering.co.
- Pending (Yellow): Highlights stores that are in the process of being integrated or require further configuration.
- Store Count: Each card displays exactly how many locations are tied to that specific provider, making it easy to spot discrepancies.
4. Direct support integration
Integration isn't always "plug and play" for complex enterprises. On every POS card, you’ll find a Contact Us button. This opens a direct line to our support team, allowing you to request new features or get technical assistance for a specific provider without leaving the page.
Best practices & pro-tips
To get the most out of your Ordering.co experience, keep these professional tips in mind:
- Audit "Pending" Statuses: If a store remains in Pending, use the internal chat to ask whether configuration or credentials still need review.
- Centralize Your Search: Instead of scrolling, use the search function to quickly compare different integration versions if you are transitioning from one POS provider to another.
- Include Store IDs: When using Contact Us on a POS card, include the relevant store IDs as mapping context.
Conclusion
Use the connection status and store count shown for each provider to identify integrations that need configuration or support review.
