## Reports that matter

| Report           | What it tells you                                                                                                                                           |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Business reports | Orders, sales, top products and categories, order statuses, new users, satisfaction, time to accept, a heat map. Filter by store, brand, date, and channel. |
| Delivery reports | Delivery times at each step, peak times, driver availability, and a heat map. Filter by driver group or driver.                                             |
| Reviews manager  | Ratings and comments for stores, drivers, and products.                                                                                                     |

## Download your data every month

Keep your own history outside the platform. From the orders list you can export orders, filtered by date or store: the file is sent to your profile email as a download link, which expires after 24 hours, so save it right away. The customer list export is also sent to your email. Save both every month in your own storage.

> Your records are the basis for accounting, merchant disputes, and marketing. A monthly download means you always have them, whatever happens.
