# Getting help

Most answers are already written down. When they are not, the support team is one message away. Here is how to get the fastest answer.

## Where to look, in order

1. **This guide.** Start with [Troubleshooting](https://docs.ordering.co/docs/discovery-ordering/launch-your-marketplace/part-8-running-it-well/troubleshooting/).
2. **The rest of this documentation:** step-by-step articles for every section of the dashboard. Use the search at the top of the page and type the name of the screen or feature.
3. **Support chat** in your dashboard, from the chat bubble in the bottom corner. Use it for questions and to open a ticket.

## Write a ticket that gets solved the first time

- [ ] Your project name
- [ ] What you expected and what happened instead, in one or two sentences
- [ ] Where it happens: website, Customer App, Business App, Driver App, or dashboard, and the device
- [ ] The order number, store name, or user email involved
- [ ] A screenshot or short screen recording
- [ ] When it started and whether it happens every time

### Instead of this

"Drivers don't work. Please fix urgently."

### Write this

"Project northsideeats. Since today 11 a.m., driver ana@… does not receive orders from Luna Bakery on the Driver App (Android). She is available and in the Bikes group. Example order #4812. Screenshot attached."

> **New features and custom work**
>
> If you need something the platform does not do today, describe the business result you want, not the screen you imagine. Support routes it as a feature suggestion or, if you need it built now, to the team that quotes custom work.
