# Keep customers coming back

The second order is worth more than the first. Wallet, gift cards, loyalty points, levels, and reviews turn one-time buyers into regulars.

### Cash wallet

Customers hold a balance in their account and pay with it at checkout. You can add credit as compensation or a reward, and refund orders straight to the wallet.

### Gift cards

Customers buy a gift card for someone else; its value lands in the recipient's wallet when they redeem the code. Great for holidays and corporate gifts.

### Loyalty points

Customers earn points on completed orders and use them to pay part of the next one. You set how many points each unit of currency earns and how much a point is worth, and which stores take part.

### Loyalty levels

Levels such as Bronze, Silver, and Gold unlock as customers earn points. Combine them with offers that only certain levels can use.

> **Example: A level that unlocks free delivery**
>
> Northside Eats sets points so that regular customers reach its third level after about a month of weekly orders. An advanced offer limited to that level gives free delivery for a week. Customers can see how close they are, which gives them a reason to choose Northside over a big delivery app.

## Reviews and reputation

After each order, customers can rate the store, the driver, and products, and merchants and drivers can rate customers. Read them in the reviews manager every week. Thank good reviews, respond calmly to bad ones, and talk to any merchant that keeps getting the same complaint.

> **Tip**
>
> Loyalty, wallet, and gift cards may be optional features depending on your plan. If you do not see them in your dashboard, ask support.
