Your login and first sign-in
Your project is created automatically when you subscribe. Your welcome email holds the three things you need: your project name, your dashboard link, and your super admin login.

The three things in your welcome email
| Item | What it is |
|---|---|
| Project name | The unique name of your platform, written in lowercase with no spaces. Your merchants and drivers type it when they sign in to the Business App and Driver App, so keep it handy. |
| Dashboard link | Where you manage everything. Bookmark it. |
| Super admin login | The email and password of the highest-level account in your project. The super admin can change every setting, create other users, and see every store. |
Sign in for the first time
- Open the dashboard link from your welcome email. Use a computer for setup. The dashboard works on a phone, but building stores and menus is much easier on a large screen.
- Sign in with your super admin email and password. If the screen asks for a project, enter your project name exactly as it appears in the email.
- Change the password to one only you know. Open your profile from the menu and update it. Store it in a password manager.
- Open your website. From the dashboard, open your website to see what your customers see. It starts on a temporary web address until you connect your domain.
- Find the support chat. Look for the chat bubble in the bottom corner of the dashboard. That is the fastest way to reach the support team.
No welcome email?
- Search your inbox and spam folder for "Ordering" and for your project name. Check the email address you used at checkout.
- Add the Ordering.co sending domains to your safe senders list so future alerts arrive.
- Still nothing after an hour? Open the chat on the Ordering.co website and give the support team your project name and the email you subscribed with. They can resend your login.
Create separate logins for your team
Never share the super admin login. Each person should have their own account with only the access they need:
- Admins for people who help you run the whole marketplace. Users › Admins
- Business owners for each merchant, so they see only their own stores. Chapter 20.
- Drivers for each rider. Chapter 27.
Separate logins keep your data safe, show who changed what, and let you remove access in seconds when someone leaves.
People often ask
"Is there a separate dashboard for the apps or the website?"
No. Everything now lives in one dashboard: your website, apps, stores, and settings. Your website and app settings are under My Products.
