# Order statuses

Every status an order can show, grouped as they appear in the orders list. Exact labels can vary slightly by version and language.

### Pending

| Status    | Meaning                                     |
| --------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| Pending   | Placed, waiting for the merchant to accept. |
| Pre-order | Scheduled for a later time.                 |

### In progress

| Status                                        | Meaning                                                     |
| --------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------- |
| Accepted by business                          | The merchant confirmed and is preparing it.                 |
| Preparation completed                         | Ready for pickup by the driver or customer.                 |
| Looking for driver                            | Dispatch is offering the order to drivers.                  |
| Accepted by driver                            | A driver took the order.                                    |
| Accepted by driver company                    | A delivery partner took the order.                          |
| Driver on way                                 | The driver is heading to the store.                         |
| Driver almost arrived to business             | The driver is close to the store.                           |
| Driver arrived to business                    | The driver is at the store.                                 |
| Driver waiting for order                      | The driver is at the store, the order is not ready.         |
| Order not ready                               | The driver reported the order was not ready.                |
| Pickup completed by driver                    | The driver has the order and is on the way to the customer. |
| Driver almost arrived to customer             | Close to the delivery address.                              |
| Driver arrived to customer                    | At the delivery address.                                    |
| Customer almost arrived / arrived to business | For pickup and curbside orders.                             |

### Completed

| Status                       | Meaning                           |
| ---------------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| Delivery completed by driver | Delivered.                        |
| Pickup completed by customer | Collected by the customer.        |
| Completed by admin           | Closed by you from the dashboard. |

### Cancelled

| Status                                | Meaning                                  |
| ------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| Rejected by admin / business / driver | Refused by that party.                   |
| Cancelled by customer                 | The customer cancelled.                  |
| Pickup failed by driver               | The driver could not collect it.         |
| Delivery failed by driver             | The driver could not deliver it.         |
| Not picked by customer                | A pickup order that was never collected. |
