Wallet Update History

The historically documented PUT /wallets/{wallet_id} path describes a global wallet update. The current API reference lists only the user-scoped wallet update. The historical description says unlocking clears the lock reason and timestamp and changing lock state creates an audit event; treat these as historical behavior, not current operation guarantees.
