Shared menu behavior

Shared menus let another business use a menu while retaining association-level overrides for selected products, extras, options, and suboptions. The original menu and shared association remain different records.

The BusinessMenuProduct association stores literal fields such as business_menu_id, product_id, price, upselling, featured, enabled, inventoried, quantity, and snooze_until. These values can customize the shared association without changing the base product record.
