Orders Model

An order records the commercial, customer, product, payment, fulfillment, and delivery state of a transaction.

Representative identifiers and money fields include id, uuid, paymethod_id, business_id, customer_id, delivery_zone_id, offer_id, service_fee, tax, delivery_zone_price, discount, driver_tip, cash, and currency. Lifecycle and logistics fields include delivery_type, delivery_datetime, status, driver_id, driver_company_id, order_group_id, priority, ETA fields, and timestamps.

Preorder status 13 is accepted on update and can also be system-managed.

Orders can load products, payment method, customer, business, driver, reviews, attachments, metafields, taxes, fees, payment events, cart, and other relations. Request only necessary data; order responses can contain sensitive personal and payment context. See Order relation expansion.
