Manual Dispatch Model

Manual dispatch queues one administrator-authorized HTTP request to a validated destination.

Representative inputs are url, delay, body, headers, and query_params. The body must be JSON, delay is bounded, and key-value inputs are normalized before queueing. A per-project concurrency counter enforces the current limit of 500.

Treat destination URLs, headers, query values, and bodies as sensitive outbound data. Use Create manual dispatch for the request contract.
