Load the parent option for suboptions

Use the literal option value in params when a suboption response must include its parent ExtraOption. The nested route already supplies option_id; the controller does not require a separate extra_option_id query parameter for this relation.

GET /business/{business_id}/extras/{extra_id}/options/{option_id}/suboptions?params=option
