Load the city for dropdown options

Use the literal city value in params when a dropdown-option response must include its related city. documented API schema list and item reads load the relation when requested or when params is empty.

GET /dropdownoptions?params=city

Use params=city to request the related city; a separate city_id query parameter is not needed for this example. The example shows the requested relation only; it is not a complete City schema.
