Driver Groups Model

A driver group organizes drivers and delivery-zone relationships for dispatch.

Representative concepts include name, enabled state, assignment behavior, drivers, businesses, delivery zones, and logs. Mutations require administrator, business-manager, or driver-manager authorization as applicable; business managers receive groups associated with owned businesses.
