Business payment-method setup history

Earlier documentation described adding a project-level payment method to a business through POST /business/{business_id}/paymethods after selecting a global paymethod_id.

The public API reference does not list an operation for this business-to-payment-method association. The global POST /paymethods operation creates a different resource and must not be presented as an equivalent business-association endpoint.
